Ultimate Snickers Sludge

You’re not yourself when you’re hungry. For one, being hungry makes you feel weak, and after 3 hours of not shoveling some source of protein down your gullet, you can feel your gains melting away. Although your hard work won’t escape your grasp from a few hours of fasting, being hungry is not pleasant. Your local grocery store and fast food chains capitalize on the fact that if you’re hungry you may very well do something you’ll regret later; like ordering a dozen 99¢ tacos. Instead of sinking your teeth into nougat or some meat-like substance, try out this recipe. We think you’ll like it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops of Milk Chocolate Flavored Modern PROTEIN
  • 2 Tablespoons of Fat-free Greek Vanilla Yogurt
  • Water, Fat Free Milk or Almond Milk (your choice)
  • Unsalted Peanuts
  • Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup

Directions:

  1. Mix the ModernPROTEIN and Greek yogurt in a small bowl.
  2. Add a small amount of your choice of liquid (water/fat-free milk/almond milk) and mix.
  3. Keep adding small amounts of the liquid of choice until you’ve reached a sludge-like consistency. Set aside.
  4. In a glass, add half of the chocolate sludge, then add a layer of peanuts and then layer on some of the caramel. Repeat and enjoy!

MODERN PROTEIN CARAMEL CHOCOLATE CHIP PRETZEL COOKIES

If you give a bodybuilder a cookie… this is book I’m working on.    A children’s book about the moral dilemma of one man who had to pick between cookies and abs.  I think it’ll be popular...  Cookies are one of my weaknesses mainly because the serving size usually throws me off. If one serving is 2 cookies  I will look for the largest cookie, preferable a cookie stuck to another cookie, but it’s still one cookie because even Siamese sweets need love and before long I’ve probably eaten more than one serving.

KETO DIET FOR BEGINNERS
KETO DIET FOR BEGINNERS

January 02, 2018

Ketogenic diets get their name from a group of unique compounds called ketone bodies, commonly just called ketones. Ketones are a metabolic by-product that your body creates when it is burning fat (either stored body fat or dietary fat) at very high rate. This generally only happens during long intense exercise, or when carbohydrates are severely restricted, because the presence of the hormone insulin (which is released by your body when you eat carbs) squashes fat burning and ketone production.
