If you give a bodybuilder a cookie… this is book I’m working on. A children’s book about the moral dilemma of one man who had to pick between cookies and abs. I think it’ll be popular... Cookies are one of my weaknesses mainly because the serving size usually throws me off. If one serving is 2 cookies I will look for the largest cookie, preferable a cookie stuck to another cookie, but it’s still one cookie because even Siamese sweets need love and before long I’ve probably eaten more than one serving. This is why I do not buy cookies. It’s way too dangerous. I’m just not one of the bodybuilders that can stock up on 3 packs of Oreos and 9 boxes of Poptarts to save until after my competition. If it’s in the house I’ll probably think of a way to eat it, but that’s just me. When I need that cookie fix I’ll reach out to one of our Barbell Club bakers. Today I present you with Caramel Chocolate Chip Pretzel Cookies.
1 Scoop Serving Extra Fluffy Generic Pancake Mix (Use a ModernPROTEIN scoop)
1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
Dash of Splenda
Dash of Baking Powder
1 Scoop Caramel Cookie Stix Modern Protein
1 Serving Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding Mix Vanilla
1 Serving Chocolate Chips
1oz Greek Yogurt
Water to Batter Consistency
1) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Use a blender to grind oatmeal to a fine powder. Combine grinded oatmeal with dry ingredients in a mixing bowl (pudding mix, whey, baking powder, Pplenda, and pancake mix)
3) Add egg with Greek yogurt and mix. Add enough water to make batter like consistency and set aside.
4) Use aluminum foil to line a baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray. Drop cookies 1" apart from each other with a spoon on coated baking sheet. Top cookies with chocolate chips and crushed up pretzels.
5) Bake 9-10 Minutes (top with start to turn golden brown)
6) Allow to cool for 5 minutes & Enjoy
