Recipe: ModernPROTEIN Mug Brownie

There are few joys in life that can top a brownie and milk; one of them being a shredded physique for summer. I’m not talking about a plastic wrapped, rainbow sprinkled mess, but a piece of warm, gooey, chocolatey goodness. However, even though writing this is making my mouth water, I’m not going to grab something that will devastate my diet. This isn’t a debate about if said brownies can fit into your macros or not, but for all of you looking for a snack to make your sweet tooth smile without cashing in a cheat meal. Try this out!




  • 1 scoop of Milk Chocolate USPlabs ModernPROTEIN™
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 tablespoon of Almond Butter
  • Cinnamon to Taste







  • Bigger isn’t always better. If you want more, make a second mug.
  • Experiment with add-ins and toppings. Natural peanut butter is one of our favorites to top.
  • You’re not limited to a mug for the recipe to work. Bowl brownies are also delicious.





Combine all ingredients in blender and pour into a coffee mug or microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 60 – 80 seconds. Enjoy!
