Through the use of social media and the rather vociferous nature of millennials, we are graced by the trending culture of 18-22 year olds. Whether it’s which Kardashian wore it best, why the Simpson’s hasn’t been good since before you were in diapers and the ever changing flavor of Oreos. Being a social media manager, this is something I’ve grown accustomed to. Sometimes it’s even entertaining. Amidst the changes seen, what’s good will always be good. Sometimes you don’t want a Rainbow Sherbet flavored cookie. In my opinion, Cookies and Cream will always be the standard, at least when it comes to sweet sandwiched treats, and when it comes to taking names and making gains, we’ve created a sludge for that.
Chocolate Cookie Sludge Ingredients:
Mix ModerPROTEIN and Greek yogurt together. Add a small amount of almond milk or water and mix. Continue adding small amounts of liquid until you reach a mud-like consistency. Mix in the crumbled Oreo cookie.
Vanilla Cream Sludge Ingredients:
Mix ModerPROTEIN, Greek yogurt and cream cheese together. Add a small amount of almond milk or water and mix. Continue adding small amounts of liquid until you reach a mud-like consistency.
In a bowl or a glass, add half of the chocolate cookie sludge, then add a layer using all of the vanilla cream sludge, then add a layer using the remaining chocolate cookie sludge. Top with a crumbled Oreo cookie, and enjoy!
