Modern PROTEIN Apple Cinnamon Muffins

It’s 2pm, which can only mean “MOAR coffee”.  If you’re not already doing it, mix in some Caramel Cookie Stix ModernPROTEIN, maybe a little cinnamon, some maple syrup if you’re feeling daring and BLAUW you’ve got yourself a pumped up latte.  For those who would rather not pay double digits for a venti double whatever at your local coffee chain give this a shot.  As you’re sipping on this cup of pure magic imagine how much better it’d be with a warm apple cinnamon muffin fresh from the oven.  Does it sound too good to be true??? The Maple Cinnamon Caramel Cookie Stix Coffee… (that’s a lot of adjectives) and our ModernPROTEIN Apple Cinnamon Muffin together is only 300 calories, plus you get 38 grams of protein.  That’s a win.





1 Scoop ModernPROTEIN Caramel Cookie Stix

1 Scoop Generic Pancake Mix (Use ModernPROTEIN Scoop)

1 Serving Sugar-Free Fat-Free Pudding

Dash Splenda

Dash Baking Powder

Dash Cinnamon




2 Egg Whites

2oz Applesauce

1oz Greek Yogurt




1) Pre-heat oven to 350

2) Combine all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.

3) Combine the wet (applesauce, egg whites, and Greek yogurt) and form batter.

4) Drop batter into muffin tray and fill each cup half way.

5) Cook for 12-15 minutes and monitor them. Use a toothpick to pick the center to make sure no residue comes off showing you that the final product is complete.

6) Allow 2-3 minutes to cool and then enjoy!

Fat: 1g

Carbs: 23g

Protein:  15g
