Instant training improvement tips: Never Stay Down

April 07, 2014

Those who are successful, whether in sport, academics or business, have many common grounds and lessons that can be carried forward into everyday life.

• Success is a habit.

• Detailed preparation is the foundation of success.

• The chance of success is nil if you rely upon chance.

• Success is reserved to the bold who willing to work diligently towards their goals.
The equation is relatively simple and evolving constantly as a detailed preparation plan implemented with complete and uninterrupted compliance will lead to goal achievement.

However it goes well beyond four ‘simple’ points for if we are to escape the clutches of culture of mediocrity we must do the one ‘great thing’ that is unique to all champions, regardless of their discipline or location in the world.

In-fact this one ‘great thing’ has been common to mankind since the dawn of time.

This one ‘great thing’ is available for you, immediately and does not come for a fee but does with a stern look in the mirror.

After being ‘knocked down’, get back off the canvas, learn from your errors and press forward relentlessly. Never be vanquished, never stay down and never accept ‘no’ for an answer.

This is the final crucial point and one my generation failed to impress but it is of extreme importance for you to attack your greatest goals without fear. Fear is a deadly foe but is no match for the courageous.

As you embrace these points you will become unshackled from the culture of mediocrity and on your way to a lifetime of success.

Be bold, be courageous, fear nothing and never be vanquished.

Always Outwork Yourself
