The weekend is here (or close enough) and time to fire up the grill. Nothing fancy needed just a good quality steak, about 1½ inches thick and basic spices.
• 1 tbs fresh chopped thyme Garlic Powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
• 2 tsp olive oil
Pre-heat grill to medium high heat and coat racks with olive oil.
Cook to internal temperature (Rare 120° F, Medium 130° F) for approximately four minutes per side.
