Flavor Preference for Summer: Vanilla Ice Cream

Ice-cold blended drinks are a highlight of the summer- Get a little sun, drink a little shake.  We use Vanilla Ice Cream flavored Modern PROTEIN for its versatility with fruit.  The convenience of having a refreshing protein choice that’s 100% REAL protein with no amino spiking is one that’s made staying on point much easier.  This is a recipe to use all summer for a great snack.

  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream ModernPROTEIN
  • 1 medium (3-4 inches in diameter) Apple (remove core and chop)
  • 3-4 medium Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/3 cup Non-Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/3 cup Ice Cubes

Combine all ingredients and blend for 30 seconds. Enjoy!

My Protein has Branched Chain Amino Acids , why do I need a separate supplement?

Modern BCAA+ contains BCAA in free form - meaning they are available for your body to use right away. They are a great compliment to protein powder, which does need to be digested and broken down. The electrolytes are also welcome for the hot summer months.
