This isn’t a debate about if said brownies can fit into your macros or not, but for all of you looking for a snack to make your sweet tooth smile without cashing in a cheat meal. Try this out!

- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 tablespoon of Almond Butter
- Cinnamon to Taste
- Bigger isn’t always better. If you want more, make a second mug.
- Experiment with add-ins and toppings. Natural peanut butter is one of our favorites to top.

Combine all ingredients in blender and pour into a coffee mug or microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 60 - 80 seconds. Enjoy!
