2 Tablespoons of Coconut Flour
3 Tablespoons of Rolled / Old Fashioned Oats
1 Teaspoon Xylitol (Natural Sweetener)
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Chopped Walnuts
1 Tablespoon Organic Chocolate Chips
In a large bowl, combine the ModernPROTEIN and the coconut flour. Once mixed, add the oats, xylitol, and cinnamon. Mix well. Once mixed, add 3-4 teaspoons of water and start to form a dough-like ball. Feel free to add small amounts of water to maintain the dough-like feel. Once you’re formed a dough-like consistency, add walnuts and chocolate chips. Fold and kneed these ingredients into the dough. Form a large ball with the dough. Cut the dough into two pieces and shape each half into a bar shape. Consume or store in aluminum foil in the refrigerator. Add optional pumpkin pie icing to your bar and refrigerate for 45 minutes.

1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
1/3 Cup of Pumpkin Puree
3/4 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup of Cashews (non-salted) (soak in water overnight to soften)
1/2 – 1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice
Blend Icing Ingredients Together at High speed
