Easy Stove Top Steak: Reinvented
- 6 oz Lean Steak (Sirloin)
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Dried Basil, Parsley Flakes, Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Optional - Hot Sauce
Preparation and Directions:
The key is easy! Combine the above ingredients in a blender or bowl. Pour over meat and marinate for 8 to 12 hours. Prior to cooking, leave on counter top covered until the meat reaches close to room temperature. To cook; grease a stove top pan and heat to medium high. Use a grill pan if available. Prepare to your liking. Cooking times will vary with thickness of meat, cut, and stove.
