Buffalo Ranch Meatballs


  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Packet of Ranch Powder
  • 1/2 Cup of Franks Red Hot
  • 1/2 Cup of Beef Broth
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter


Preparation and Directions:

Combine ground beef, ranch powder, and 1/4 cup of Franks Red Hot. Using your hands, roll the mixture into 20-25 small meatballs. Melt butter in a medium warm skillet. Once the skillet is warm, cook meatballs until they're just browning.  Add 1/2 cup of beef broth and the remaining Franks Red Hot over the meatballs, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked throughout. Serve with your choice of dips for unique taste combinations.
