Modern PROTEIN Peanut Butter and Banana Mash

Making protein mash is the easiest form of muscle fuel on the planet.  Your goal is to make it look like baby food, but taste like everything you're craving right now.  I've seen additions of Poptarts, cereal, chocolate chip cookies... it's  the kitchen sink of protein concoctions.

Don't overthink it, it's just about impossible to mess up.  If you didn't use enough water, add more water, if you used too much throw it in a blender and call it a shake.  Today we're keeping it simple and hitting both your peanut butter and chocolate macros.  Dig in.

- 2 Scoops Milk Chocolate ModernPROTEIN

-  1 Medium Banana

- 1 Tablespoon Chunky Natural Peanut Butter



- Mix 2 scoops of Milk Chocolate ModernPROTEIN with just enough water to mix into cookie dough consistency.

- Thinly chop a small or medium banana. Add a tablespoon of natty (crunchy) peanut butter.

- Mix and enjoy.
