I have a confession. I don’t love s'mores. I’m not sure if this revokes my card to be an American or not… But I do love anything s'mores flavored (card reinstated). I don’t know why, but for some reason if I see s'mores brownies, cupcakes, ice-cream or whatever, it goes on my future cheat meal list (It’s a large list). I’ve discussed in the past making cheat meals into non-cheat meals. Finding a balance to steer your craving and actually somewhat enjoying your diet will promote a pattern for success. Sure, you’ll have days when you’ll need to restrain from some glorious eye candy or the amount you’d like to eat, but you can still remain satisfied. And isn’t that what our goals are really all about? To be satisfied (to a realistic extent) and, well, to look good naked. Check out this recipe for when everyone is sitting around the campfire but you’re too busy getting shredded.
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream Modern PROTEIN 1.5 tablespoons Nutella 1 Tablespoon Unsweetned Cocoa Powder 1 Tablespoon Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip 1 Graham Cracker Square Water
Crumble up the graham cracker square with hands and add to a glass/cup. Prepare chocolate sludge by mixing the 2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream ModernPROTEIN and 1 tablespoon cocoa powder together. Next, add the Nutella and a small amount of water and mix. Keep adding small amounts of water and mixing until you reach your desired sludge-like consistency. Add this chocolate sludge to the glass and then top off with your marshmallow dip and enjoy!
