So simple, yet so delicious. Simply mix up some ModernBCAA+ with water (adjust to desired taste and level of amino’s), place in a frozen pop mold and enjoy once frozen; they are so good on a hot summer day or evening! If you don't have a Popsicle mold, use an ice tray and once frozen blend to create a refreshing slushy.

 

  • Ingredients:
    - 2 Scoops of Blue Raspberry Flavored ModernBCAA+
  • - 2 Cups of Water
  • - Your Favorite Fruit (optional)

 

Directions:

  • - If using fruit add this first, and place against the sides of your mold.
  • - Mix Blue Raspberry Flavored ModernBCAA+ with water and pour into mold.
  •  - Wait 1-2 hours and enjoy!

One of my favorite treats as a kid was Jello. Sure it was all sugar and food coloring, but the way it moved was mesmerizing. Try this fit-friendly variation today.

 

Ingredients:

  • - 1 Packet of Unflavored Gelatin
  • - 2 Scoops  Blue Raspberry ModernBCAA+
  • - 2.5 Cups of Water
  • - 3/4 Cup Blueberries (optional)
  • - Food Coloring (optional)

 

Directions:

  • - Mix packet of gelatin with two scoops of ModernBCAA+.
  • - Add mix to 1/2 of hot, but not boiling, water and mix up until gelatin starts dissolving.
  • - Add mixture to the rest of the 2 cups of water, cold, stir until gelatin and BCAA's are competently dissolved (about 2 minutes).
  • - Pour into a container of choice and refrigerate for 3 hours before eating.
  • - If you're using blueberries, add after the first 90 minutes of refrigeration.
