Modern Protein S'mores Cake

I love S'mores flavored desserts. The combination of molten chocolate, sticky marshmallow and graham cracker is pure-genius.  The traditional S'mores dessert actually doesn't have as many calories as you'd think, only about 120, roughly the same as a large banana.  However, there is little substance in this delightful summer sandwich.   So to feed our S'mores cravings and beach bodies we asked our TEAM Chef to fire up a unique treat that could fit your lifting lifestyle.

 

 

Ingredients

Dry:

2 Servings of Generic Pancake Mix

1 Scoop of Milk Chocolate flavored Modern PROTEIN

Dash of Splenda

Dash of Baking Powder

1 Serving of Sugar-Free Fat-Free Vanilla flavored Pudding Mix

 

Wet:

1 Whole Egg

3 Tablespoons of Greek Yogurt

Dash of Vanilla Extract

 

Topping:

1 of Serving of Chocolate Chips

2 Graham Crackers

1/2 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream Flavor Modern Protein

Directions

 

  • - Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • - Combine all dry ingredients and set aside in a mixing bowl.
  • - Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, and add a touch of water if batter is too thick.
  • - Take a loaf pan and coat with cooking spray. Transfer batter to fill pans half way full. Coat with chocolate chips prior to cooking.
  • - Bake for 15-20 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  • - In a small bowl take 1/2 scoop of Modern Protein and add enough water to form a batter. Use a spoon to drizzle on top of finish product.
  • - Crush up graham crackers in a plastic bag, and then garnish the top of the cake which will stick to the protein icing.
