Instant training improvement tips: Never Diet Again

Don’t diet, in-fact never thinking of ‘dieting’ and rather embrace healthy food.

Dieting is a peculiar phrase that suggests restriction whereas an athlete embraces healthy food and might I add, in bountiful amounts.

Healthy food does not require an ingredient list and for that matter very simple to regulate within an athletes ‘training table. However many athletes equally fail to see that ‘healthy food choices’ are the crucial fuel source for their ongoing development. Evidence is far and wide and you are not going to achieve your goals of the victors podium based upon foul processed foods that are nutritionally void.

• Healthy natural food does not require an ingredient list. Cull processed food from your life. The broad majority of packaged food is not health. Eliminate. [Tweet this NOW!]

• Bottled soft drinks are extremely unhealthy with ‘empty calories’ or ingredients that lead to poor health. Eliminate.[Tweet this NOW!]

• Think of acquiring your food akin to a vast plain with mountains on each side. In the valley is anguish and slow degradation of life whereas the mountains our lasting health and quality of life. Stay on the perimeter of your store where only fresh food is available, far away from aisle after aisle of ‘packaged disease’.
