Vertical Leg Press (On Smith machine) 8x8

 

Barbell Step Up (high box) 4 x 8

 

RDL 3 x 8

 

Leg Press 1x15, 1x12, 1x10, 1x8 (rest pause set)

 

A1) Leg Ext 4x15 A2) Leg Curl 4x8

 

Finisher (Repeat x2)  

Lunges with Dumbbells 1x12 (per side)

 

Static lunge hold 30 seconds per side

 

Lunge with body weight x 15 (per side)
