Seated Cable Rows – 4 sets x 6 reps at 80%.


Barbell Curls 4 x 16, 12, 12 and 12 reps
Drag Curl 4 x 16, 12, 12 and 12 reps
Scott Curl 4 x 16, 12, 12 and 12 reps
