30 minutes prior to training:

Sissy Squats (45°) – 6 x 8 Sissy Squats Go Beast Mode with this exercise.
Feet are shoulder width stance and best to hold a bar at your side to support. The opposite hand will hold a plate across your upper chest.
Start the lift by bending the knees forward and raising heels as high as possible. Lower until knees are near floor with hips as high as possible.
Front Squats – 6 x 8 Sternum Pull-Ups – 3 sets x 5 reps. Pull all the way up STRICT, lean upper body back and touch sternum to bar. Lower slowly.
One-armed DB Bent-over-Rows – 3 sets x 5 reps at 85%.
Walking Lunges or Farmers Walks – 60 seconds
Repeat 4 circuits
