  • Close Grip Chin-Ups
  • Dips
  • Alternating Bicep Dumbbell Curls
  • Laying Dumbbell Triceps Extension
  • Drag Curl
  • Dumbbell Triceps Kick-backs (single dumbbell at a time)


  • Zottman Curls 4 x 12 reps
