Push Press (dumbbells):

Front Squat:

Snatch Pull

A1) Bent-Over Barbell Rows (underhand)
A2) Wide Grip Chins


Optional 'Arm Blast' -'giant set', 12 reps each, with 45 seconds rest. Perform 4 circuits


  • Close Grip Chin-Ups
  • Dips
  • Alternating Bicep Dumbbell Curls
  • Laying Dumbbell Triceps Extension/li>
  • Drag Curl
  • Standing Dumbbell Triceps Presses (single dumbbell at a time)


  • Zottman Curls 4 x 12 reps
