30 minutes prior to training:
Intraworkout: 2 scoops of Blue Raspberry Modern BCAA+™
Dips – 4 x 12, lean forward and perform dip with chin over feet Incline Flies (45°) – 4 x 12, slow lowering of weight, create tension throughout Dumbbell Pull-Over – 4 x 12, can use E-Z curl bar, make sure you inhale and fill the lungs
Deadlift (snatch grip) – 4 sets x 5 reps at 85%, hips back + drive with the legs Sternum Pull-Ups – 3 sets x 5 reps. Pull up, lean back and touch sternum to bar Bent-over-Rows – 3 sets x 5 reps at 85%. Underhand grip, pull bar into belt
Circuit – 12 minutes
• Jumping Jacks • Shuffle Splits • Burpee’s • Mountain Climbers
30 seconds each
Walking Lunges or Farmers Walks – 60 seconds
Repeat 4 circuits
