This Is A Delt Workout Like You’ve NEVER Seen!
We don’t train shoulders, we destroy ‘em. Concrete slabs that’ll stretch every fiber of your shirts, and cause you to turn sideways when going through the door – It’s the only way.
Not all machines are created equal. I’m personally a fan of using free weights, but don’t knock cable training. Get those shoulders swole with Cable Lateral Delt Raises.
Exercise #6 of 7 Cable Lateral Delt Raises, 4 sets of 20 reps
- From the low handle, grab with opposite hand, palm facing in and stand upright. Keep a strong base with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Some cable set-ups will have a safety bar to hold – good idea but just make sure it isn’t a moving part of the machine.
- Pull the handle across body, raising arm with slight bend until elbow reaches around chin.
- Control the weight down and don’t cheat!
Feel that BURN! Just a few reps in and your delts will be screaming. Watch Branden get it done in the video below!
