We don’t train shoulders, we destroy ‘em. Concrete slabs that’ll stretch every fiber of your shirts, and cause you to turn sideways when going through the door – It’s the only way.
Exercise #4 of 7
Bent Over Lateral Delt Raises, 4 sets of 20 reps
If you want perfectly capped shoulders that look like an action figure, you need to train your rear delts. We don't just train the mirror muscles; we hit the whole shoulder... front to back, side to side!
- Slightly bend over and raise dumbbells to just under eye level.
- Rotate weights so thumbs are pointing up at top of movement.
- Use light weights. We have a TON of reps to do. Make them count!
- Control the weight down and feel the BURN.
- Pro-Tip: Pause the weights at the top of the movement for a crazy pump!
