Born and raised in North New Jersey I moved to Baltimore MD in 2008 to become a police officer. I've been a police officer in the state of Maryland for 6yrs and I'm loving it! I have always found an interest in bodybuilding but never gave it a shot until a bodybuilder in my gym approached me demanding I give it a shot.. 1 year later I stepped on stage for the first time and fell in love with the sport of bodybuilding! As for my current situation I have a beautiful caring and extremely supportive girlfriend who make my life 1000x easier because balancing work and bodybuilding is hard, when it comes to motivation and food prep!

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Mix 1 Ultra-Concentrated Scoop (5.1 grams) with 4 ounces of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes prior to resistance training. Do this the first 3 times using the product. Beginning with the 4th use, if needed, you may gradually increase serving by a half scoop (2.55 grams), up to a total of 2 full scoops. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD OR USE MORE THAN 5 DAYS IN ANY 7 DAY PERIOD. Consume at least 125 fl. oz. of liquid per day for men and 91 fl. oz. of liquid per day for women. Contents may settle. SHAKE CONTAINER PRIOR TO EACH USE. Store in a cool dry place to prevent clumping and discoloration.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1 scoop (equaling approximately 23 grams of protein) with 8-10 oz. of cold water or any beverage of
your choice. Use approximately 8-10 oz of liquid per scoop of powder. You may vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavor and consistency. Drink 1 serving daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein
requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low fat milk.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Mix 1 serving (2 level scoops) in 20 ounces of water and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Sip throughout workout or athletic event. An additional serving may be taken immediately after training or any time additional aminos are needed. Using less than 10 ounces of water per scoop and/or very cold water can hinder solubility and cause foaming. Due to high amino acid content some initial foaming may occur, which should subside over a few minutes time with light shaking.
Shake container before each use to disperse ingredients that may have settled.
