Her hope is to help others love their bodies and reach their maximum potential while inspiring all athletes with different abilities, pushing them to their limits. Amanda's passion for fitness has led her to a journey that developed a career as a National Level Bikini competitor, fitness model, personal trainer and CEO of GableFit. She has been featured in numerous ads by her sponsors USPlabs and Ravish Sands. Born of Cuban and Irish decent, Amanda believes in chasing your dreams while inspiring others to do the same.

Amanda's dedication and her "work harder than everybody else" attitude helps her build her inner strength while trying to attain maximum growth. Her motivation can be attributed to not wanting to feel complacent and to cease all unhealthy habits to focus on her goals. As her clients will attest, Amanda challenges them to reach their potential. Originally from Florida and fluent in Spanish, Amanda started into the fitness industry by entering a National Physique Committee (NPC) Bikini competition in which she won her class and led her into finding her passion to want to show people that when you set a goal; work hard; you can do anything.

Her philosophy is that GableFit will exhume confidence, personal best and feel better about your body while changing your life. Her mission is that GableFit will help others find and guide them towards a healthier lifestyle through her personal training. Her goal is that GableFit will inspire you to follow her journey while adding something extra to your fitness lifestyle.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Consult with your physician before using this product. Begin by taking 1 capsule on an empty stomach 15-30 minutes before breakfast. An additional 1 capsule may be taken 5-6 hours later. Once tolerance has been assessed, an additional capsule may be added in the morning. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 3 CAPSULES IN 24 HOURS. DO NOT USE PRODUCT FOR MORE THAN 8 WEEKS. ALLOW AT LEAST A 4 WEEK BREAK BEFORE STARTING ANOTHER 8-WEEK CYCLE. Consume at least 125 fl. oz. of liquid per day for men and 91 fl. oz. of liquid per day for women while taking this product. Store in cool dry place. Discard after expiration date. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1 scoop (equaling approximately 23 grams of protein) with 8-10 oz. of cold water or any beverage of
your choice. Use approximately 8-10 oz of liquid per scoop of powder. You may vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavor and consistency. Drink 1 serving daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein
requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low fat milk.

 

Modern BCAA+

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Mix 1 serving (2 level scoops) in 20 ounces of water and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Sip throughout workout or athletic event. An additional serving may be taken immediately after training or any time additional aminos are needed. Using less than 10 ounces of water per scoop and/or very cold water can hinder solubility and cause foaming. Due to high amino acid content some initial foaming may occur, which should subside over a few minutes time with light shaking.
Shake container before each use to disperse ingredients that may have settled.
