I'm 38 years old and have been competing in the sport of bodybuilding since 2006. I began my career in bodybuilding competing in the lightweight division. I competed in 4 competitions from 2006 to 2008, winning one of the 4 and placing 2nd once and 3rd twice. I switched to physique in 2010. I've competed in the Lone Star Classic 2010 and placed 6th. Not satisfied with my placing, I took time off to work on areas that needed improvement and hit the stage again in 2013. In 2013 I competed in the Ronnie Coleman Classic winning Masters Physique and placing 4th in Open class. I won Masters again at the Ft Worth Classic and placed 4th in Open. I won Masters at TX State and placed 2nd in the Open class earning my national qualification for the opportunity to compete for my pro card.

Consult with your physician before using this product. Begin by taking 1 capsule on an empty stomach 15-30 minutes before breakfast. An additional 1 capsule may be taken 5-6 hours later. Once tolerance has been assessed, an additional capsule may be added in the morning. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 3 CAPSULES IN 24 HOURS. DO NOT USE PRODUCT FOR MORE THAN 8 WEEKS. ALLOW AT LEAST A 4 WEEK BREAK BEFORE STARTING ANOTHER 8-WEEK CYCLE. Consume at least 125 fl. oz. of liquid per day for men and 91 fl. oz. of liquid per day for women while taking this product. Take 1 scoop (equaling approximately 23 grams of protein) with 8-10 oz. of cold water or any beverage of
your choice. Use approximately 8-10 oz of liquid per scoop of powder. You may vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavor and consistency. Drink 1 serving daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein
requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low fat milk.


Modern BCAA+

Mix 1 serving (2 level scoops) in 20 ounces of water and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Sip throughout workout or athletic event. An additional serving may be taken immediately after training or any time additional aminos are needed. Using less than 10 ounces of water per scoop and/or very cold water can hinder solubility and cause foaming. Due to high amino acid content some initial foaming may occur, which should subside over a few minutes time with light shaking.
Shake container before each use to disperse ingredients that may have settled.
