Thread: The Mrs. Bumble log

    Cool The Mrs. Bumble log

    Ok, here's the deal: Mrs. Bumble and I have decided to expand our family. Before we proceed with that her doctor has recommended that she lose between 10 and 20 lbs. She doesn't have the time to keep a log so I've told her I will set one up and keep it for her. Her stack will be OEP, PF, and AP with modern thrown in here and there. Tomorrow will be day 1. I'm not sure how much in the way of her workouts I will be posting but we both think the motivation and comraderie of a log will be beneficial. Just like with any of the logs I've ever run, please feel free to ask questions and please let us know if you are following along. That's all for now

    Well I'm in for this a Mrs. Bumble log will she be following the renegade style? or will Mrs Bumble have her on workout planned.

    So, the only wild card in this game was AP, she has taken everything else. I am happy to report that she has no problem with it . I wasn't sure as i have seen that some people apparently don't tolerate it well. I doubt she'll wind up at six a day like i have in the past but I'm sure she'll be fine with 2-3.

    love to follow as Mr. Bumble keeps track of/for Mrs. Bumble - but if you don't mind, tell us more about this six a day AP - even though the powers that be tell us to only max on 3 - is this like dropping in a P-Slin? Please elaborate (if you feel like it...)

    My understanding is that AP does not HAVE to be cycles. After 2 months or so at 3 I bumped up to 4 for a month, then 5, then 6. Keep in mind that I was eating six meals a day with over 100g of carbs in each. There was a rumor that Jacob had worked his way up to 6 a day at one point also. My advice would be to proceed very slowly and make sure those carbs are complex. I can give you more specifics on how I built up to it if you really want-let me know.
