OxyELITE Protein™ Pancakes





Nothing beats pancakes for breakfast. Well, except OxyELITE Protein™ infused pancakes! Say goodbye to sugar-laden pancakes with this high-protein, healthy alternative.


  • 4 egg whites
  • ½ cup whole oats
  • 1 scoop of "Vanilla Ice Cream Flavor" or "Milk Chocolate Flavor" OxyELITE Protein™ Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar free syrup or sugar free fruit preserves to taste
  • Optional: fresh fruit slices - strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.


Mix all ingredients except syrup in a bowl. Coat non-stick skillet or pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Use a measuring cup to pour ¼ cup of pancake mixture and cook each pancake for 30 seconds - 1 minute per side until the pancakes feel firm, not runny. Enjoy with sugar free syrup or sugar free fruit preserves!
