    I was 50lbs heavier a year ago. been eating clean and working out daily with P90X and other beachbody programs. Only the beginning of my journey and excited where its going. Leading the way by example for my 3 boys (age 5, 3 and 1) Ending the trend of obesity in my family. Im also and independant beachbody coach with a passion to help people live a healthier, more fit life.
