Xtend= drink that all day on Workout days is a mixture of Waxy Maize and Xtend drink as i workout.

So far so good had slight headache felt a little dehydrated yesterday. Vascularity is in and out noticed as I’m eating breakfast sweating a little nothing major.
* Sleep has been good so far
* Slight dehydration need to drink lots more water
* Not a stimulate but I got the talks like I've taken a stimulate I only get the talks when I'm stimed up not a bad thing I'm just a quite guy feeling a little Euphoria.
* Hunger pangs loud like you need to eat now loud
That's it for now will post first workout tomorrow looking forward to some magic in the Gym.

Nard will be using your format for a log Simple and to the point I like that. The one thing I have noticed about the pink the first day was a hemodialation effect while at work I looked down at my arms and I'm seeing some crazy vascularity like big veins and small veins on top of the big veins kind of stuff it looked freaky....haven't worked out yet though can't freakin wait.
nothing like that to get you excited!

1. Muscle Fullness / Vascularity First day Vascularity is about the same as before nothing special much like the first day I took the Pink once I did get in a grove and started working a little harder Vascularity is more pronounced
2. Strength / Endurance Okay here is where I started to notice it kick in a little how can I describe this I felt strong throughout my workout I even finished my heaviest sets with Rest Pause movements next chest & back workout will be a real indicator on where the strength is.
3. Body Recomposition Nothing new here but a big shout out to the A stack I measured a 20” arm cold this morning the A stack was my last stack so Pinks got its work cut out nothing to note so far
4. Recovery Well we will see it usually takes me 5-6 days to recover on some body parts nothing special yet in this department.
5. Aggression / Libido Nothing so far in this department I’m a regular horn dog what guy isn’t anthything more and my wife would kick me out…..No aggression laidback still.
6. Negative Side Effects The only thing I noticed today was I was extra sleepy I don’t normally get sleepy but when I drove into work I sat in the parking lot and got about 35-40 minutes I don’t know if this was the extra output in the gym or what I guess a little lethargic.
Next up Legs and Shoulders wooohooo.

1. Muscle Fullness / Vascularity Muscle fullness is getting better I’m taking in some big time carbs so that may have something to do with it chest and back feel great a day after working them could fill a slight pump while I was doing legs in my chest and back. Vascularity up lower parts and side of my legs were a lot more vascular like wow but I have established a base as far as weight and reps are concerned with my back chest and legs. Muscle Fullness must be on point a guy asked me what Sups was I taking of course I told him USP Labs.
2. Strength / Endurance Wiggity Wow! Okay where do I begin what happen in the Gym today I did not expect I was lost for words. Strength lets put it this way I warmed up with leg extensions then I move on to my Leg press free squat combo. My warm up was 450 for 40 reps on the leg press then free squat 225lbs hmmm I’m like wow I paused one time to get through that 40 reps and and then not til around 30 reps. Next I add 4 more 45s same result I stop at 30 reps hit 315 on free squats okay not a problem lets go 4 more 45lb’s 30 reps and another 315 free squat ..8 more 45lb plates for a total weight of 1080 24 45lbs plates I did 10 reps and free squatted 405lbs I stopped and told myself to save it for next week. Ive done this combo in the past but not free squats just on the smith machine today was free squats and I wanted to put another 2 45lbs plates on that 405lbs sick I’m already looking forward to my next leg workout. Also last workout I did on legs was a high rep leg press and squat but not this heavy a weight after the leg press the weight stayed at 225lbs last week I also wanted to vomit last week this week I was breathing heavy but no Vomitosis.
3. Body Recomposition No notable changes legs just looked swole felt great took a pic just to keep track of my progress will post.
4. Recovery Chest and back are cooking along not as sore as usual DOMS set in last night I usually worry when that happens because I know I’m going to be sore as hell I’m actually okay today chest is sore but still can flex it hard back also. Mon and Tues. should tell me more about the recovery aspect of the Magic.
5. Aggression / Libido No changes here aggression maybe up a little or it was me being silly but my headphones came off as I’m working out and I actually got upset with the music I was forced to listen to in my gym that brief moment ..that was about a 5 minute rant about who’s F***kin working out to that Sh*t they’re playing in my gym. Libido the same.
6. Negative Side Effects Just the same tired wanted to take a nap while I was driving into work I didn’t take my nap I had to take yesterday before I came into work not as lethargic today. Still a little dehydrated maybe a combo of the extra carbs and protein can’t seem to drink enough water not as bad as the first few days.
Going to add two more days of gym time this week going to go to the Gym that got it started for me back in 1988 Bolling Airforce Base Washington DC … a big Shout out to the USAF Honor Guard Drill Team.

1. Muscle Fullness / Vascularity Muscle fullness is improving Vascularity starting to be bit more pronounced really notice it this morning vascularity through out the arms and legs a little of that look you get when you start to lean out the big difference is I'm not low carbing and getting this look.
2. Strength / Endurance Strength and Endurance is up but my workouts have been short rest periods between sets for some time now 30 seconds to a minute. Now I'm moving way to fast I noticed my tempo is up from that I need to slow down not that I'm intentionally rushing but endurance is improving along with strength. I stop training my traps heavy a long time ago I actually went up to 495 rear shrugs. The attitude is a little different I actually didn't think twice about doing that weight I haven't shrugged heavy in a while I like the new attitude.
3. Body Recomposition This one is hard to explain can you actually look thicker in a few days I would say no but I actually looked thicker throughout my whole upper body. I know what a pump looks like this looks a little different from just a pump.
4. Recovery DOMS is not to bad I'm sore but still able to flex hard will know Wed. for sure how the recovery is coming along.
5. Aggression / Libido No change here about the same
6. Negative I'm still getting sleepy that just may be from the high output in my workouts just dog tired..nothing major no acne rashes no real side effects that are visible still a little dehydrated.
Tomorrow is day 6 no workout planned just gonna keep eating and eating I really believe it's just gonna get better

1. Muscle Fullness / Vascularity Today was amazing I sat around just feeling full muscles just feeling great. If this is some type of head job I don't want to know the truth. Vascularity is still becoming more pronounced muscles just feel full like after low carbing doing a glycogen depletion and carbing up muscle just feel full and round.
2. Strength / Endurance Strength this is starting to be my favorite thing about Pink Magic the strength is just getting crazy. Straight bar Curls with 185lbs superset with close grip bench with 315lbs for reps fun fun fun this is just great man one week... could I be on the road to a 200lb straight bar curl 405lb close grip bench for reps it just might happen.
3. Body Recomposition I don't know but if walking around looking like I'm flexing is considered Body Recomp I guess I'm on my way. Muscles just feel full
4. Recovery Nothing great so far Still sore legs got worse today you know the third day soreness ..walking around like an old man hoping everything is fresh by the weekend
5. Aggression / Libido Just the attitude like bring it on come on lots of confidence around the weights Libido is amping up now watchout 6th day in.
6. Negative No negatives so far all is well no longer feeling dehydrated and no more sleepiness lots of pep.
Okay no pink tomorrow or workouts just food lots of food mmmm food.
