Killer bro! Great job!
"To me, becoming ALPHA is self-motivation, focus, determination and a self-driven mind set to be on TOP and NOTHING but the best. You never settle for less. Being ALPHA to me is more than just being able to look like a "top dog" or trying to be better than everyone else. It's a lifestyle, attitude, it's a state of mind and you how think. It is not defined by what a person can do, but defined as an individual who can define himself and chooses what can and will be done. One who sets goals, obstacles and breaks through them every single day. Getting back up when life knocks you down, pushing through barriers to get it done. It's not about proving other people wrong, but being able to prove yourself. ALPHA is self-progression that is built entirely on being both mentally and physically strong."

thanks man -- I don't think you gotta worry about me catching up for a while. This was a heavy ass weight. I don't think i will be trying for anything heavier for another 2 - 3 months. I believe in never plateauing. I go in cycles each week I do a different max weight with a different rep... so it will either be 6 reps, or 5 or 4 or 3 or 2 or 1... next week it is 5 reps.
