Hey fellas! Finally get to start my Beta blog for Jack3d Micro! First off I would like to thank Casey and the crew at USP Labs once again for allowing me the opportunity to try out what I will assume to be a great product! I have come to realize that USP Labs not only puts out great products, but has an amazing supportive staff and a great group of people on their forum! I love reading everyones logs and there are to many names to mention that have taught me so much the little time Ive been on this forum! You guys know who you are and you rock!

Little about myself for the ones new to the forum. I never was a "big" guy, but as time went and life happened I added the pounds! I was unhappy and finally decided to do something. To keep it short you can read my whole story at my blog http://teambreakpoint.com/my-story/, but all in all now at 31 Im the fittest and healthiest Ive ever been. I train at home with BeachBody programs because its what works for me. I am ending the trend and setting an example for my 3 boys! I enjoy working out and enjoy learning about muscles and eating right and training techniques! I also enjoy seeing cats like Bigmix and Hawapino808 crush those weights with arms bigger than my thighs! Haha, who knows maybe one day I'll get there, but if I do I know USP products will be on board!

SOO on the the Beta! (sorry for the long intro. For the first week or so of the beta Im going to be doing just Micro to see the effects but than will add Test powder to the mix and most likely some C20. Current workout is Asylum, High Intesity cardio but will be jumping to P90X2 mid way through beta. My staple food items are chicken, egg whites, oatmeal, sweet potato, brown rice and well, you know how it is! Im up at 4:30 to workout at 5 fasted so Im sure this stuff is gonna be great!

My first dose was pretty nice. Taste was great, felt the energy quick (like 10 min after) Didnt have any crash and was full of energy all day! It was crazy because I only had a few hours of sleep the night before and because my homie was getting married (i was the bestman) I was up till like 1am setting stuff up for the wedding and didnt have ANY prob staying awake! But I made a little video to give my first initial thoughts! Thanks for stopping by!!

Alright, so day 2 and all I can say is WOW!! After reading BigMix's log some more my curiousity got the best of me! Haha, I had a routine called strength, which incorporates some resistance and lifting in the routine. So I figure what the heck and tried Micro and Test Powder, dosing 1 scoop of TP with 2 scoops Micro, than another scoop TP with my post workout meal! Of course I felt the micro pretty quickly again, but when I started my routine, I was amazed how EASY it was to push the weight I was pushing in the same routine just last week!! Pushed past ALL my numbers, and the focus was spot on. toward the end my body was beat, but I was still able to push through because i was so focused on getting those reps! Hopes that made sense, haha, all I know is that is def gonna be a standard stack for me! I can only imagine how this bad boy will be when I add C20 in the mix! Great pump today.

Today was another great workout. Energy was awesome, focus was there! Just cant wait to hit some weights with this bad boy! Another thing I love that I've never experienced with any other pre-workout is that the energy stays with me ALL DAY!! Like no joke! I havent had my mid afternoon coffee and have no need for it! Im loving the feeling!

On a sad note, stopped at my local GNC yesterday to grab some Whey Protein and hit the cat up about not having Test Powder! Not only did he not know what I was talking about, he never heard of Jack3d micro or compound 20! Dang shame! I told him he needs to get those bad boys in the store asap! haha

Day 4: Today was a Vertical Plyo for me! Love how Im able to push harder throughout and the fact this micro gets me going and ready before I hit it! I know I sound like a broken record, but I only see the micro in my pre workout future! haha

Heres a little breakfast foods! Post workout, kinda plain but it works! 4egg whites, a whole egg, some oats with cinnamon, my shakeology shake with nat PB and my 2nd scoop of TP!

Yeah bro, saw it when I went to conference! It looks pretty tight and they said mid fall. Definitely intense and fun cardio, but Im getting that iron deficiency! haha, want to hit the weights again!!

Rest day for me today! so no micro. :( Fam has a wedding to go to today, but hey I might not be able to resist and might have to hit some weights aftwards! ;)

Well yesterday had to be another rest day for me! That wedding I went to saturday was outside. Although it was all nice and stuff, the grasses, ragweed, dirt and all that accompanies an outside wedding had me fighting to breathe all day yesterday! Allergies and asthma suck! Haha, but felt alot better this morning so was ready to crank it out! Micro, continues to have the same effect on me! Gets me going and ready to take on my workouts! Im loving it because even if Im dragging myself out of bed, I knock this stuff back and I am ready to hit it hard!! Will be posting my week 1 thoughts later today!

Alright, heres my week 1 thoughts. First off Im loving this stuff. Really think micro found its way to my standard preworkout supplement spot! Heres the breakdown.
  • Training changes/Performance: I did push harder through my workouts and was able to recover quick enough to continue pushing which is great!
  • Bodyweight changes: Havent noticed anything in this department.
  • Bodyfat changes: no change here. Unfortunately this week hasnt been the cleanest week but will be alot better this week.
  • Strength: Most of the workouts this week were cardio based, but I did have one lift day and I did notice numbers were all up! Now cant say this is soley from Micro as that was the day I ran it with TP also.
  • Focus/Euphoria: Great focus, really able to push past my limits and go farther than I was without Micro.
  • Pumps: Felt a little more pump than usual but should really see where this is at come week 2 as there will be more lifting!
  • Size: no noticable change
  • Vascularity: No noticable change
  • Energy: AMAZING Energy, not only through workout but ALL DAY! I think this is one aspect I love the most!
  • Sleep Quality: Havent noticed a difference.
Overall I am loving this product so far! But more than just Micro, I am really loving it being stacked with Test Powder! Great combination and I def see this as being a staple in my slupplement regime!!

Alright, yesterday I wanted to do something a little different just to further test Micro! I ALWAYS workout in the morning as soon as I wake up. It just works for me time wise and I feel like I can give it more than. Well yesterday I wanted to do an evening workout. I knew it would be tougher because everytime I do evening workouts i struggle. The main reason I wanted to do it was to see how Micro effected me when it was time for bed!

So I took 2 scoops micro at about 6:50. Workout was a bit tougher than usual but I know that is because I workout better in the mornings! Overall still great pump and energy from Micro! I thought for sure I would be up super late with this bad boy in my system so late, but surprisingly I had no prob going to sleep at 10pm when I normally go to bed! I usually have to get up 3-4 times a night because of my kiddos waking up and last night it did take a little longer for me to fall back to sleep, but nothing to extreme! So having it in the evening for me wasnt bad at all and to me it is totally doable!

One thing I really loved about working out at night.... refueling with some Turkey chilli!! Bomb.com right there!! Haha
