Whats up everybody!
I've had a freakin great day today! except for work but whatya gonna do?
So i did my workout early this morning and had work til 2.
Now that I'm home its time to log.
I had a tricep day today
The pump was intense, like the pump actually really freakin hurt today. I don't know what it is about that little bottle. But it's got too much good stuff to fit into that little container.
So food for today was jumbled up but i ate almost the same foods today. Really startin to get into this whole cookin thing.
My jack3d micro showed up with all the other goodies today. So today there will be FOOD PORN and SUPP PORN. Feel free to drool.
I did some walking today instead of running. My inner thigh has become alittle red, and raw. So I'm gonna take it easy for now

I'm bringing burgers, I will post pictures tomorrow.
AND YES THERE WILL BE A VLOG TODAY.

today was shoulders day early in the mornin
mainly because i had work til 4 which was super boring
but anyways my usual mornin shake and 2 scoops of jack3d, all set and ready to rage
BTW extreme food porn from yesterday's dinner is below...that was a super burger
Felt a little catabolic today so i had a bit extra modern bcaa during my worko hours to keep me from caving in
Everyday i walk by my super stack saved for after the beta log....soon...

I noticed my energy level has been through the roof all day today which was awesome for getting work done today.

Had some burgers for dinner, possible starbucks date tonight...woohoo....

Tomorrow is saturday..no work...full lifting day...awwwwww yeah...

Happy saturday
Its been a good one too, but hey so is any day where I can go lift and then get some protein from the store
Got a super sick deal at fit rx on some protein 10lbs for $60 with 2 shirts and 10 pre-workout samples
I love being able to buy protein on my own now
Oh and as an FYI all of next weeks workouts will be in the am due to the fact that i am one of the 3 remaining employess at the gym

*i would like to note, although i love the fact that the beta-alanine is gone, i do miss the tingle because it let me know when my pre-workout has kicked in.
To prepare for that i pay more attention to my veins and how my heart feels, just a small note to take.

All kiinds of gains goin on today.
Jack3d micro gave me the perfect pick-me-up today after a long night *ladies lol
My food for today will be good today, yesterday i had pizza, not proud of it...but hey it was good.
I blame it on grad parties. Modern helped me curve my appetite for a while

Woke up this morning to a tasty new protein shake, love the taste
