WHATS UP USP FAMILY?!?! So ready to get this PUMP-show on the road! Want to give a shout out to my boys from USP Labs: Casey@usplabs, Nik O, Dexterium, Tim Dennison, Sedone, HelloHurricane, Aviad, Strategicmove, Newbreed, and Carlos.Garza. Shout out to the "Usual Suspects" who are a huge part of this forum, have supported me, and helped me out immensely; Bigmix, Hokiepride, JRob23, Alldaymikerea, Rhulcy11, Miamiskyline, Slaymaker, Breakpoint, BradyUnderhill, Jack3dxUpxJonny, Simo, Tank, Nard, The Solution, EmekaJOkammor, and Kameron Ross. About me.

If you are new to the forums, here's the DL.

My Training.

Im am still following Dexterium's Ripped Strong on a 5 day split hitting a major muscle group each day while allowing the maximal amount of time possible for recovery. I've been making incredible strength gains as well as shredding body fat with minimal to no cardio over the past couple of months. I will be implementing more cardio (mainly LISS) this month to try and shred some more during the Summ3r of Sh3d.



My Diet.

Im am about to embark on "I.F." style dieting to enhance my body fat reduction. I have never partaken in Intermittent Fasting before but I have a solid goal of keeping an 8 hour feeding window, leaving me on a 16 hour fast each day. My caloric intake is currently around 2300-2500 cals a day depending on which workout day it is. I generally consume more calories on days that I do squats or dead lifts. I usually consume several eggs, turkey bacon, Ezekiel bread, Natural PB (Dexteriums recommendation All Natty Skippy w/Honey is the ish!), Lots of Chicken, Veggies for Days, Few whole wheat pastas on occasion, Brown Rice, Coconut Oil, Almond Milk... you get the idea. Eat Clean, Train Dirty status. I love the tastes of Gold Standard Whey Double Rich Chocolate and Carnivor Beef Isolate Chocolate. Those are my proteins of choice. I will log my diet in detail for all to see.



My Supplementation.

I will be rocking the MicroTest stack. This includes Jack3d Micro, Test Powder, Bulk ModernBCAA's (Grapple :P ) and Compound 20. Other Supplements with be Protein, Fish Oil and Multi's. I may add in Yok3d after a couple of weeks of running MicroTest to see how insane I can really get my Pumps to turn out. I usually leave Yok3d for Upper body days... Leg days is just flat out ridiculous. Also Im going to try and get some more PowerFULL here soon too.

As you may have seen in my Test Powder log, I will post Pictures and Videos as time allows. I will have a video up here in the next few days. Im excited for this beta run and extremely thankful for USP Labs giving me another opportunity to try out a new product. After two workouts I can tell this is going to be my new "Go-to" Pre-workout.

Observations.
Holy FOCUS!
I have never been able to completely dial in this good. Talk about an insane focus! And with how CLEAN and SMOOTH this energy is... Jack3d Micro is one SMOOTH OPERATOR! And seriously.. There is nothing better than breaking my previous max on Dead Lifts on the FIRST. FREAKING. DAY of running MicroTest. In all honesty, with how clean this energy is... I would almost be tempted to use this during study time for school. Thats how focused I was throughout my whole workout. Tunnel vision... just me and the weights at the palms of my hands. Nothing like being able to feel my form in motion. Absolutely incredible awareness. I had the SWAGGER of an Alpha with the focus of a Hubble Telescope. You guys are going to LOVE THIS!

But ok.. thats enough about the clean energy and acute focus. So how's the pump? She explains it all....

The Pump is L3GIT!!! I threw in curls tonight off schedule because the pump was feeling so good that I just had to do some extra lifts... Serious! This could be a major problem, not wanting to leave the gym because the pump is so ON POINT! This is coming from a guy who normally runs the Tower Stack... Jack3d, Yok3d, and ModernBCAA's.. the first two deliver an incredibly synergistic pump alone. Jack3d Micro with Test Powder is blowing this away.

Now lets not get this twisted... Im not fluffing this up. Im not hyping anything. Im calling it straight how it is. (Just like I call3d out Test Powder for giving me the sh!ts on an empty stomach... hence the dosing with food protocol.) Real world review right here folks. You are going to love this. Its definitely unlike any other pre-workout I've tried... and trust me, I've tried just about everything under sun working at Vitamin Shoppe. Can't wait to see where this road leads me. This is going to be one helluva beta!

You should really consider Anabolic Pump with your stack. In my opinion, a cornerstone for all stacks!! Great log man! Keep it up and thank you for the shout out!

Im subbed man good stuff. Ive never tried IF either but from what I have read and heard its better to add a few extra hours to your fast. So maybe have a 17 or 18 hour fast and then a 7 hour or 6 hour eating window. Just my 2 cents but go out there and KILL IT!!!

Lol im going to see how i can do on 8 hours fasting.... i already get grouchy when i don't have food in me after about 4 hours... baby steps... got to get these hunger hormones in check.. but the goal, IF the IF works for me, will be around 6 hours. Your absolutely right on keeping a smaller window. I just want to work my way into it.

Big day for me today. I started my IF diet. Im going to hurry and type this bc Im starving and just want to go to sleep so i don't think about how hungry i am lol.

DEFINITELY feeling the PUMP and PERFORMANCE with this... I felt really good today on shoulder press.. Really able to dial in my technique even while repping out a new rep max. Excellent muscle-mind connection. Extreme focus. I love this! Nice volume during the pump and starting to see enhanced vascularity. Not a vaso guy to begin with, but its really showing more and more. Also today I weighed in at 183lbs today all while looking slimmer in my stomach area. Feeling good about myself and these workouts. REally thankful for USP Labs and giving me the opportunity to beta this bad boy. Im a believer... I've found my new favorite pre-workout... in just 3 training sessions. Let's see how this goes!

Tuesday 7.31.12

Interesting morning today. Have never really been on a diet protocol like this. I really felt depleted of energy this morning probably since I lifted late last night and did not fuel my body post workout. Still had an incredible pump in the quads. My legs were burning baaaaad today! Felt great!

52g Protein/ 20g Carbs/ 16g Fats (the good kind) Both fast and slow acting protein... got to love it!


Recovery today has been really good. Took me a while to get my legs feeling good, but towards 4 or 5 my legs were feeling refreshed and recovered. Got to love that TEST Powder recovery and Modern BCAA's... its a thing of beauty. I'll check through the forums and then pop 2 PowerFULL b4 I call it a night.
