Well, there's my baby.
Before anything I would like to give a shout out to USP LABS, Casey, and Nik O! Thanks for giving me this opportunity!
Please excuse misspelled words, everything is done on my phone
Alright fellas My name is Jay and even though I am fairly new to the forums I am not new to the game of lifting. I have been doing it for a while now off and on, It wasn't anything serious until I was a senior In High School, I started the year at 256lbs and graduated with a weight of 176lbs.
Since then I no longer wanted to be small, I wanted to be HUGE! So I started bulking. The first few months were amazing and I seen a lot of gains, But soon college life of drinking and bulking really didnt mix. The more I started going out the less I was working out but the bulkers appetite stayed with me.
Well my current stats are:
22yrs old
220LBs
5'11''
will throw some measurments up tonight!
GOALS:
To Drop down to 190lbs - Not in one month but in the span of 2 and 1/2 months.
Stay strong as possible, I dont want huge caloric deficit where I lose way to much muscle.
SUPPORTING SUPS:
JACK3D Micro
Compound 20
Test Powder
Modern BCAA
ON 100% Whey, Dymatize ISO 100.
Orange Triad Multi.
GNC Triple Strength Fish Oil
WORKOUTS/NUTRITION:
My workouts are usually never the same
I try to switch it up every week, I find when I get into a routine I get bored easily. I will be doing Cardio everyday though for 20 minutes. My diet is going to be at a 300 caloric decifit from my maintenance.
Some foods that are staples are:
Greek yogurt, Eggs, Chicken, sweet potatoes, Broccoli, Brown rice and Fruits!
I live on my own with my girlfriend so its easy to control what I eat.
I love red meat but I tend to stay away from it. I will eat it if I have BBQ's but I tend to stay away because It makes me sluggish on workout days.
Well I will start my Jack3d tomorrow since today is a off day.
And Thanks guys for subbing!!

Day 1 - 07-30-2012
Chest & Tricep
There she blows! 2 Scoops Jack3d micro
Taste/Mixability/Etc:
• It's a sweet & tarty, yet delicious taste.
• Mixes easily! No clumps or foam
• Used 8oz of water but it wasn't enough the taste was too strong so I added another 4oz and BOOm! Deliciousness.
• My lips did not tingle when drinking like the regular Jack3d.
It kinda tasted like
It was a little more fruity to me. Not your typical fruit punch flavor, Seemed like a berry fruit punch flavor.
Thoughts of Jack3d Micro:
I was skeptical at first being that it's such a tiny bottle but..
What the f*** is in there!?!?!
I had insane pumps! With every rep It felt like my chest was going to bust open. The energy well.. get a cheetah.. then Strap on a twin turbine engine with 4,000lbs of thrust.. yea thats how it feels haha.
Since a pic is worth a thousand words here you go
Let your Imagination fill in how I felt.

Will definitely! Going to try to be as detailed as possibleGo get some Jay! I'm looking forward to seeing how you progress. My top out weight years ago was also 256...and I've ranged between 175 - 210 for the past 12 years. Been leaning out lately and sitting at leanest ever at 165 now. Plan to start bulking soon to go back up to where I was before a shoulder injury 2 years ago and can't wait to hit the Micro IC release!!
K33p us post3d!
Get it Jay! I have alot of similar food staples! Love me those complex carbs! haha

thats nice to hear! cant wait to give it a goLast night I had amazing sleep!
I never really noticed the point where the energy from micro went away.
I felt energetic and euphoric all day, I did feel light headed but I want to say it was from eating my pre workout meal too early in the day.
The only thing on my mind is clocking out and rushing home to workout again

Day 2 /07-31-2012
LEGS
“I can’t make you do anything. But I can make you wish you had.”
Alright so today was hands down a great day! For starters I hated working out legs
I was young and dumb and didn’t care. Until my friend showed me a couple pictures of people who didn’t work out legs at all and how their body was out of proportion. Ever since then I have always made time for legs and am now growing to love doing them. This morning all I could do is think about getting off and running to the gym to workout.
