From Micro To Psycho! Jack3d Micro On Deck!

Received my Jack3d Micro today in the mail! Tomorrow would've been my month off supplements but I couldn't help myself. Took the Micro 30 minutes before my workout. Right off the back within 5 minutes of taking the product I started to feel it! Let me set up the log like I did with the Test Powder:
Workout:
Today was Chest and Triceps. I noticed when I started working out my focus was better than usual. Really felt in the zone while working out. Today's workout consisted of:
Chest
Flat D.B. Bench Press: 3 sets of 5-8 reps
Leaning Dips: 3 sets of 5-8 reps
Incline D.B. Bench Press: 3 sets of 5-8 reps
Machine Flies: 3 sets of 5-8 reps
Incline Smith Machine Press: 3 sets of 5-8 reps
Triceps:
V-Bar Pushdowns: 3 sets of 5-8 reps
Close-Grip Bench Press: 3 sets of 5-8 reps
Bench Dips: 3 sets of 5-8 reps
Overhead D.B. Extensions: 3 sets of 5-8 reps
I got this workout from a Flexonline.com article called Four Up, Four Down. I'm currently involved in the FTP project but since I've been doing the same workouts for over 3 months I decided to switch it up until we start Phase 2 of the program. I will be altering the workouts by going heavy one week while the next week focusing on super sets with a rep range of 10-15 reps. If your interested in looking for the workout here is a link to the page:

Diet:
My diet is staying the same as prescribed on the FTP guidelines. Unfortunately, I am unable to get into further detail regarding the program.
Jack3d Micro:
The main things I've noticed in today's workout was my ability to focus better, faster recovery between sets, no jittery feeling, great taste. The color looks similar to that of the Test Powder but the taste are slightly different in my opinion. Remember, I haven't taken a pre workout in about a month so my body was really responding to this more than someone that has been taking pre workouts for awhile already. I'd really like to try the original Jack3d just to really feel the differences between the two to see if I'd go with the Jack3d Micro or stick with the original Jack3d. Overall, good pre workout for the first day! Let's see what tomorrow brings!

subb'd will read. probably compare to my own notes, no idea whats exactly is proper logging yet. But i think i will use yours as a basic outline draft
Thanks man! Reading a lot of other members logs in the past beta helped me see a basic format on what to talk about in this whole process. Really helpful! I'm sure there will be lots more blogs to come which should help you out even more.
