I"ve tried Jack3d, and I am currently using OEP and PF. I've also got the new testpowder IC release on the way

Yes.. here we go...

Current Goals: through FTP training I got my weight down to a comfortable 257but I'm looking to bring it all the way down to 225 solid.. I still wanna look huge..hahaha..

Training Style: I still train FTP style with a few tweaks here and there.

Nutrition: I still diet FTP style

18 years old: yes and I would still like to outlast them as well...

Start: as soon as you all need me to...

Jack3d has been a huge part of my arsenal. I use to train as a powerlifter and jack3d was a must for me along with yok3d.. I've tried every flavor except cherry, and strawberry pineapple. I can imagine what this new formula will do for us all who are shooting to better ourselves... Thanks again for another great opportunity. Like always Hawaii is ready to Do Damage...

  • Current goals - Continue bulking up hopefully 190lbs (178 at the moment) by the end of the summer while still remaining at a low bfp (currently at 11%).
  • Training Style- I do 20min of cardio pre-workout (stairmaster and cycling) then lift weights and at the end of the workout I usually run for 10-15min. Day one: legs and Back, Day two: Arms and Shoulders. Day 3: off, Day 4: Chest and back, day 5: Legs, Day 6: arms, and Day 7: off. I also do abs and calves 4/5 days.
  • Nutrition Style
  • Meal 1 (7am)

    1 cup of oats w/ water, 1 cup of egg beaters or 4 egg omelet

    Meal 2 (10am)

    Protein shake w/ Flaxseed Oil

    Meal 3 (Lunch)

    1 cup of brown rice,2 cups of green beans/ broccoli,6 oz tilapia

    Meal 4 (3 PM)

    Small protein shake

    Meal 5 (6/7 PM)

    1 cup of brown rice,2cups broccoli,7 ounces of chicken,

    (9PM) post workout shake

Current goal: training for crossfit garage games competition on September 15th
Training style- crossfit training 4 days a week, active 5th day, 2 days off.
nutrition style- meats, fruits, veggies, shakes, 6 meals a day.
I am 20 years old.
I will be able to keep a detailed log with at least 5 posts per week.
I am able to start ASAP
I have Facebook, twitter, do supplement review videos on YouTube, and a bodyspace member.
I do not use any medication or have any preexisting medical conditions.
I've used several tubs of jack3d, all flavors.

I would be honored to be included in this beta, I have missed out on beta test in the past. I am fully capable of leaving a very detailed log, as well a video log.
  • Current goals
Gain 15 or so pounds of muscle, some fat if need be, below 5% body fat at the moment.
  • Training Style
A mix of everything, typically full body workout three times a week, isolation twice mixed in with cardio. I frequently do muscle confusion and resistance excessive weekly as well.
  • Nutrition Style
Very clean high protein diet, but this changes as my goals do. Make changes frequently. It is always very clean, but my genetics allow it to be dirty if need be and I can still make massive/fast gains.

Yes, have been using since the first release off and on, Best pre workout product ever invented in my opinion. Have stuck to Lemon, Watermelon, and tropical fruit punch. The original jacked was the best though.

Current Goals: To be at excellent body fat percentage which would be 10% or so. I am currently at 18%. To have lean muscle mass. Have that aesthetic look. Overall have lean mass and shape my physique.

Training Style: Weightlifting. 5 Days on 2 days off. Reps are high and low depending on the workout. Weight is strenuous. Mass building/Supersets. Cardio intervals 3 times a week after workout eg MWF. Focused on building lean muscle mass.

Nutrition Style: Cutting diet, lean meat only (tuna, skinless chicken breast, tilapia, salmon), healthy fats, limit to 100g of carbs a day. No junk food, sugars. Green tea, water (1-2 gallon daily) and whey protein.

Are you over 18 years of age as of 7-15-12?: YES

Will you be able to keep a detailed log with at least 5 posts per week?: Yes (I can do more than 5)

Are you able to start ASAP?: YES
