I've seen some stuff online about these grip enhancers to aid in grip strength plus help your lifting overall. They also reportedly help relieve elbow stress, which is my issue. Anyone use these? Opinions?

I know Batman does and hes got a log going on in the Test Powder section so ask him how he likes them. He uses them in every workout it seems.

I used a towel instead of FatGripz. Cheaper and just as effective. Grip strength went up greatly. Don't remember how it was on the elbows though.

I use FatGripz... I've used them for a few years and I dig them.

Great investment for those not lucky enough to have fat/axle bars accessible to them.

I went ahead and ordered some FatGripz. Got to use them last night for the first time, and I'm pretty happy with them. They do make a difference in your lift and if you have elbow or shoulder stress issue they do help with that as well. Definitely worth the $40 I paid for 'em.

jeez $40? well i mean if they work they work. I bet you in the future they will be some over produced or easy to make they they will be just like blender bottles where you get a set when you order supps online. At least thats what im hoping for. My dad has some serious issues where he can't bench at all due to a bad car accident. Maybe these will help
