Whats up er'body.... Still relatively new around here, but really happy to be apart of the USPLabs family. Some of you have seen my short run transformation this year running various stacks. I can't wait to see how this will add to my recomp. I started up a vlog today. Just kind of briefly outlines who i am and what im about. More will be posted in the days to come.

PS. I got my TESTpowder today... tastes amazing! Got my last two finals tomorrow... so I'll be posting a lot more info and videos after i get those two exams knocked out.

What side effects are you noticing?


So far I have noticed my mood has been more positive the past few days. Today is my third day on Test powd3r. I feel a little tighter/dense, similar to what you feel with compound 20, but not quite to the magnitude of compound 20 (thus far). I did experience an incredible pump yesterday during my workout. I took test powder in the a.m. and made it to the gym around 2pm (didn't expect to workout otherwise i would have timed the TP 60mins b4 my workout). I did take my 1 1/2 scoop of Jack3d (30min) and the usual 4 pills Yok3d (70min) before my workout. I did sort of a make shift workout as this previous week has been nothing of the norm for me with final exams. I just improvised and put together some lifts i love to do. Monday I will return to my routine (Ripped Strong via Dexterium).

As for what I felt during my workout.... was unbelievable. I didn't feel overly strong or anything extra-ordinary, however my pump seemed to be extremely enhanced. There was significan't time between when i took test powder and when i took yok3d so im not sure if there is any correlation between the two. More workouts will determine this. But I couldn't believe how awesome the pump was. I've taken jack3d and yok3d for sometime now and I have my timing down for both. So I don't think it was a timing coincidence but perhaps maybe TEST powd3r aid's in yok3d's efficacy? Can anybody else confirm this that is using Yok3d or another form of a nitric? If not I will have another update on monday after that workout.

As far as TEST powd3r is as a drink, I think the flavor is incredible. Its like a hybrid between fruit punch, watermelon, and a lemonade. The one thing I have experienced is that it does not dissolve entirely in the 3-in-1 shaker. I have yet to mix it in one of my blender bottles (i'll see how that works this week). Not that its that big of a deal, but just something i have observed.

I haven't experienced the stomach burn that I've seen others report. But my stomach does seem a little unsettled with TEST Powd3r. Could have been something I ate as I have deviated from my diet over the weekend, so I will see how this shapes up through the week. I have been taking the TEST powd3r on an empty stomach so maybe that is the cause for the unsettlement. Anybody else experiencing this?

Had a great workout yesterday though! Love USPLabs products... certainly the game changer in the biz!

Sunday's Nutrition: (Off day)

8:30am: One slice of homemade pizza (Homemade crust, lean turkey sausage, light pasta sauce, green and orange bell peppers, jalapeno's, onions, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese).

11:00am: 1 Banana, Handful of Almonds

1:45pm: 8oz Chicken breast pan seared in evoo, Jerk seasoning, lightly seasoned with sea salt, and pepper. 1 cup side of uncut green beans lightly seasoned with sea salt and pepper. Handful of almonds.

5pm: 2 scoops of Gold Standard Whey double rich chocolate.

7:45pm: 6oz Salmon filet lightly seasoned with sea salt, garlic, and parsley. 1 cup of steamed brown rice.

9:45pm (Cheat) Went out for ice cream with Mom being mother's day. Had 1 cup of plain vanilla ice cream.

Supplementation:

8:30am with breakfast: 2 scoops of TEST powd3r
1 Solgar 950mg Fish oil softgel
Began sipping on my 2 scoops of Fruit punch MBCAA's (I put in a 2.2L jug and sip on it through out the day)

1:45 with lunch: 1 animal pak multi vitamin, 1 solgar 950mg fish oil softgel

Observations:
Once again, I've noticed a significant difference in my overall well being. Seem to be in a positive/good feeling mood. I've noticed again that my muscles feel more dense and "flexed" or tighter than usual. Similar to what i felt on my run with compound 20. Not experiencing the 'crash' that few are talking about. I'll see how i feel later this morning after my 10:50 workout. Have noticed that taking the TEST powd3r with food seems to take the edge off my stomach vs. taking it first thing waking on an empty stomach. (It was giving me very mild diarrhea) But like I said it could have been from something I ate that weekend as my diet was pretty bad during finals week and that weekend. I will post todays nutrition and workout routine tonight after the day is over with. Will work on a video today to!

Awesome work so far with your log... I was going to recommend dosing with food, but it looks like you already made that change. Glad to hear that helped that aspect.

9:45 am: 4pills of Yok3d

10:50 am: 1 1/2 scoops of Jack3d

11:3-am Hit the Gym
1 scoop of Gaspari Size-On grape flavor
2 scoops of USPLabs Modern BCAA Fruit Punch
2.2L Water

12:40pm Post Workout
1 scoop of Nectar Sweets - Double Stuffed cookie isolate protein shake
4 Pills PCS Creatine

1:30pm Lunch Post workout:
4oz Swai Filet cooked in olive oil cooking spray and 4tbls of Ken's lite Northern Italian Dressing till caramelized. Lightly seasoned with sea salt.
1 cup Uncut Green beans
1 cup Cooked Brown Rice, light butter and sea salt
1 Yukon Golden Potatoe, 1 tsp butter, sea salt, and pepper
1 Animal Pak multi vitamin.
Sipping on my jug of modern bcaa that i did not finish during workout (2 scoops in a 2.2L jug)

A few tortilla chips with salsa (the woman was snacking on some... couldn't resist the temptation.) :eek:

Sipping on H2O with some Modern Cocktail mixed it... Fruit Punch Flavor.. Soooo good!


Observations:

Certainly not experiencing any crashes or lethargy as I've seen on some of the other logs. The only thing I've really experienced was the upset stomach while taking TESTpowd3r on an empty stomach... I seem to have much better results taking it with food. Im sure this is common; lending why Casey changed the dosing protocol - allowing nutrients to be forced into the tissues, better absorption etc... I love the feeling Im getting throughout the day feeling nice and dense. My body weight was actually a bit under today compared to the past few days. I weighed in at 180 today. Was 182lbs a couple days ago. Could just be water weight. I have noticed that my body composition around my waist seems to be trimming. So this possibly helps with body recomp? My lower gut region seems to be trimming down a bit on only 6 days of TESTpowd3r. Especially noticeable in the mornings when I wake. My appetite today was really up there today. I almost feel like im back on Compound 20 because im starting to get those uncontrollable cravings again.. So I just keep feeding my body. For example.. its now 9:45pm and im getting the feelings of hunger again. I just snacked 45 minutes ago. WTF?! haha. Got to love Anabolism. Have to say overall, the taste and the effects of TESTpowd3r are pretty good so far. Can't wait to see what the next few weeks have in store.

Tomorrow will be a Lats/Biceps workout day. One of my favorite lifts is tomorrow... T-bar Rows!!!!
