9:30am Preworkout meal:
1 Yukon Golden Potatoe lightly seasoned with Sea Salt and Peper, little bit of butter
2 Scoops of TEST powd3r
9:45 am: 4pills of Yok3d
10:50 am: 1 1/2 scoops of Jack3d
11:3-am Hit the Gym
1 scoop of Gaspari Size-On grape flavor
2 scoops of USPLabs Modern BCAA Fruit Punch
12:40pm Post Workout
1 scoop of Nectar Sweets - Double Stuffed cookie isolate protein shake
4 Pills PCS Creatine
1:30pm Lunch Post workout:
4oz Swai Filet cooked in olive oil cooking spray and 4tbls of Ken's lite Northern Italian Dressing till caramelized. Lightly seasoned with sea salt.
1 cup Uncut Green beans
1 cup Cooked Brown Rice, light butter and sea salt
1 Yukon Golden Potatoe, 1 tsp butter, sea salt, and pepper
1 Animal Pak multi vitamin.
Sipping on my jug of modern bcaa that i did not finish during workout (2 scoops in a 2.2L jug)

A few tortilla chips with salsa (the woman was snacking on some... couldn't resist the temptation.)
Sipping on H2O with some Modern Cocktail mixed it... Fruit Punch Flavor.. Soooo good!Observations:
Certainly not experiencing any crashes or lethargy as I've seen on some of the other logs. The only thing I've really experienced was the upset stomach while taking TESTpowd3r on an empty stomach... I seem to have much better results taking it with food. Im sure this is common; lending why Casey changed the dosing protocol - allowing nutrients to be forced into the tissues, better absorption etc... I love the feeling Im getting throughout the day feeling nice and dense. My body weight was actually a bit under today compared to the past few days. I weighed in at 180 today. Was 182lbs a couple days ago. Could just be water weight. I have noticed that my body composition around my waist seems to be trimming. So this possibly helps with body recomp? My lower gut region seems to be trimming down a bit on only 6 days of TESTpowd3r. Especially noticeable in the mornings when I wake. My appetite today was really up there today. I almost feel like im back on Compound 20 because im starting to get those uncontrollable cravings again.. So I just keep feeding my body. For example.. its now 9:45pm and im getting the feelings of hunger again. I just snacked 45 minutes ago. WTF?! haha. Got to love Anabolism. Have to say overall, the taste and the effects of TESTpowd3r are pretty good so far. Can't wait to see what the next few weeks have in store.
Tomorrow will be a Lats/Biceps workout day. One of my favorite lifts is tomorrow... T-bar Rows!!!!
