Alright guys this is my first beta test run so Im new to this kind of thing but as many of you know I am no noob around these parts :) I too was one of the many to hop on the USP bandwagon when I tried Jack3d some 3 years ago. I had no idea back then that they had all these other great products already out and that there was much more to come from this great company. I started out somewhat overweight at 205 lbs and around 18% bf. Now Im a lean 175 lbs at 9% bf. I will be looking to add on a ton of mass with this new product (obviously a ton meaning a couple pounds of muscle lol) and see where it will take me. Im in a new atmosphere now out on the west coast in Las Vegas far from home back in Pennsylvania. I will be training at Gold's Gym Las Vegas so Im really excited about that and the new atmosphere. I will be sure to rep this company hard while I am out here and will do it to the best of my abilities.

So back on point here's what I have planned for this beta test:

Nutrition: around 3300 calories on WO days and around 2900 on off/recovery days-if I can get that many in. I am definitely going to try. I am not going to post up my specific diet right now, however, I will each day once I receive the product and start the test. Some of my staple foods include gluten free oats (thanks Dex), Chicken, 96/4 ground beef, brown rice, sweet potato, whole grain pasta, beans, spinach, asparagus, apple, banana, ezekiel bread, plain greek yogurt, almonds, and all natural PB. Thats most of what I have and what I can think of at the moment.

Training: I kinda do my own thing but its 4 day split consisting of:
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Shoulders/Calves
Day 3: Chest/Tri
Day 4: Back/Bi

Now I usually dont go 4 straight days of training and Ill take a day off in between Day 2 and 3.

Supplementation: I know everyone is going to be running this differently. Some with no other USP supps and some with the full arsenal. I get it and Im not going to judge anyone based on what they decide to do unless told otherwise, but here is what I will have going:

USP supps: AP, Yok3d, Jack3d (here and there), MBCAA (obviously lol), and I have PM but I think I will hold off on that.

Staple supps: CLA, Fish Oil, Gold Standard, Multi, Myofusion Probiotic, Vitargo, and creatine mono powder. Usually Gold Standard will go with my pre meal and myofusion will go with my post meal. I will not be able to do many fast3d sessions during this test due to my early morning summer classes Im taking.

Goals for this cycle: As I said before Im looking to get massive on this beta test. I want to be able to do what most guys my age and many others want; To put on a ton of mass while limiting the increase in body fat.

Well thats pretty much it for now. I am so stok3d to get this started and I cant wait to take this ride with the rest of you guys. I look forward to checking out all your logs and peaking in to take a look at your progress from time to time. I will be sure to upload a before pic here in the next few days and I will be sure to upload as many training videos as I can. I will let everyone know when I receive my Test Powder and I can only hope its within the next few days!!!

Video is up and running now!! Today I did 35 minutes of fast3d cardio. 20 minutes of 10% incline cardio with 3 minutes at level 4 and 1 minute at 6.5 so it was a longer duration HIIT I guess you could call it. Then, I hit 15 minutes of moderate HR between 154 and 160 cardio on the elliptical at level 9. After that, I did 3 sets of weighted jack knifes with a 10 lb plate followed by captains chair leg raises and knee raises and then 3 sets of leg lifts on the flat bench with a 12.5 lb DB. I didnt notice any bad side effects and I felt like my heart rate was a little elevated but not much. I took 1 AP and 1.5 scoops of Jack3d 45 minutes after taking test powder then hit the gym. Tomorrow I will post up everything from sleep to diet/supplementation to training routine. I will also try to get in a video with a few lifts in it as well.

Thanks guys glad your here with me on this one. It should epic to say the least!!!

I slept like a rock last night and my cousin's wife said the dogs were really loud when she got back and I slept right through it and got a solid 8 hours of sleep. Ok so today is the official day 1 as yesterday was just cardio and today was actually a training day which consisted of a more than stellar fast3d leg workout. I feel as though the weights are heavier at this gym because they are the full on metal plates which is nice. Most of the weights I used at my home gym and at school were that rubber material so my numbers are slightly lower than normal but Im not worried about that. Im starting to do all my squats and similar movements below so I can put that added stress on my legs for better contractions and pumps as well as more growth.

My legs were shot after this one guys haha. I walked up the steps to the second floor to stretch and walk it out for a minutes and everyone was staring at me because I could barely make it up there. So I stretched for a good 5 minutes and then walked on the tm for a few minutes and then dug in to my post meal which I will list along with the rest of my diet for the day.

Meal 1 (post)
1 scoop myofusion probiotic
1 scoop vitargo+5 grams creatine mono
1 banana
2 slices cinnamon raisin ezekiel bread with all natty PB
600mg fish oil
1 megaman sport tablet

Thats my layout for the day guys. I did not notice much in the way of the effects of Test Powder but if you watched my video Im not worried at all about that because it will take a few days to get into my system and get going. Tomorrow will be a shoulders/calves workout midday at some point. I will have at least 2 meals in my system by the time I hit the gym so I will take TP along 4 yok3d with my second meal and I will dose an AP 15 mins before this meal. I didnt get any training vids in today but I will try for tomorrow as well as a few picks so I can compare and contrast with the end of this beta.

Alright so today was a shoulders/calves workout. I got 2 meals in my system before hitting the gym. I took TP an hour before the gym along with 4 yok3d and then 1 scoop of jack3d 45 minutes later. I felt really focused throughout my workout and it was a grueling one with a few super sets thrown in there. Ill tell ya man the pumps are awesome with this stuff. Ive been using yok3d on and off for about a year and I know what the pumps are like with that so dont tell me its from yok3d. I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT AND I KNOW MY BODY!!!! lol Sleep again last night was amazing and once again was uninterrupted getting in a solid 7.5 hours. Recovery also seems to be increasing as I did a ridiculous leg workout yesterday where I could barely walk after I was finished and today I barely felt any soreness.

Im not getting any crashes like everyone else but I will comply with the new dosing protocol using it only with food and 6 days off 1 day on. I will put up my diet again and this is what it will be like every week day and what you saw yesterday will be what my weekend days will look like. The only difference on my off days is the subtraction of vitargo.

Thanks buddy Im just doing what I do haha.

As for the TP today (not toilet paper lol). I had another great night of uninterrupted sleep once again. I feel like I am much fuller throughout the day on this stuff. Today was just cardio and abs but my abs were busting thru after I got done today. Tomorrow will be chest/tris and I will definitely post up a pic and will try to get in a quick training video. I am not breaking out or anything like a few people mentioned. Matter of fact, I havent had any negative side effects with this product thus far. I am a little hungrier, but I am always hungry to begin with so thats not an issue at this point. Diet is pretty much the same today as any other non fast3d training day which I have posted excluding vitargo to cut out a few carbs putting them under 200g for the day and around 170ish. At this point, I believe the effects of TP will only get better as the week progresses and I cant wait to see what it will do for me and my training goals!!!
