Instant Training Improvement Tips: building the iron forged physique

For many years the realm of bodybuilding has barely shown a resemblance to its brilliant past of multidimensional strength athletes who embodied fitness and health. Somewhere along the line of the “golden age” of bodybuilding and iron forged physiques the “strength athlete” gave way to a new breed that not always lived up the demands of the sports past.

The term “sport” might be the key component because bodybuilding historically was steeped in strongmen of sporting backgrounds who then specialised in the realm of “physical culture” and “feats of strength”. Why certain elements shifted away from it for upwards of twenty years is guess work but on the horizon is a new breed of bodybuilders who are restoring physical culture and building the iron forged physique.

Tammy Bravomalo discusses her supplement stack.

Such is the guess and none better example than Joe “The Prototype” Morrow, whose resume reads off a litany of Powerlifting records and titles and this past weekend laid claim to the NPC Mississippi Championship which included a stunning back-flip in his posing routine.

Quite obviously Joe is the epitome of the modern strength-athlete / bodybuilder who combines both the rugged training of the iron-games rich past along with a careful hand towards a proper diet and supplementation.

For strength-athletes and bodybuilders the opportunity to excel, in my opinion, has never been greater due to the extraordinary advancements in supplementation. The many athletes I assist have benefited immeasurably from the use of USPlabs, such that I’ve needed to revise training regimes to match their progress and I equally give credit to their supplements to resurrect my own sporting goals.

This is an important lesson from Joe’s success that can be used for every individual in that a relentless work ethic when combined with proper training, diet and supplement plan from USPlabs will help you attain your goals at an extraordinary rate and for the strength-athlete, restore the lustre of the iron-games past.

Congratulations Joe and always, thank you for your tremendous leadership!
